Estimate Condom Size from Girth
Girth can help identify a starting point for condom sizing, but a calculation cannot guarantee a safe or comfortable fit. Always check the product specifications and manufacturer guidance.
What nominal width means
Nominal width is the flat width stated in a condom product specification. It is not the same as the circumference of the penis or a guarantee of how a particular product will fit.
Measure girth consistently
Use a flexible tape around the shaft, keeping it snug without compressing the tissue. For guidance, see the measurement instructions and use a consistent method.
Treat the result as a starting point
Fit can vary by brand, material, shape and product design. A calculated width is an estimate, not a guarantee. Follow the package instructions and manufacturer recommendations.
