Penis Percentile Calculator: Length & Girth

This calculator estimates where a length or girth measurement falls within the reference distributions used by the tool. Length and circumference are calculated separately, and results depend on the study data and model assumptions. A percentile is a comparison with a reference distribution, not an exact count of men worldwide or a medical diagnosis; read the methodology before interpreting your result.

Understanding length and girth percentiles

A percentile describes a position within a defined reference distribution. For example, a modelled 70th percentile is higher than about 70% of observations in that reference distribution; it does not mean 70% of all men worldwide were measured and compared directly. Length and circumference use separate distributions. Different calculators can return different results if they use different studies, sample sizes, measurement methods or statistical assumptions, so check each tool’s methodology before comparing outputs.

What is considered a normal percentile?

A percentile alone does not diagnose a medical condition. Clinical assessment uses the appropriate measurement method, age and clinical context; adult erect length should not be used by itself to diagnose micropenis. If you have concerns about development, pain or a sudden change, speak to a qualified clinician.

Why length and girth percentiles often differ

Length and circumference are different dimensions, so their percentiles can differ for the same person. Measure each consistently and compare each result with its own reference distribution rather than combining them into a single judgement about health or sexual function.
